The Best Morning

It is the best way to wake in the morning filled with new energy

It is the best way to wake in the morning feeling like your best song.

It is the best way to wake in the morning floating in blue skies.

It is the best way to wake in the morning feeling like a marathon.

It is the best way to wake in the morning feeling like an explosion of love.

It is the best way to wake in the morning feeling like an embodiment of a million smiles

It is the best way to wake in the morning feeling you were dead but alive again.

I Am

I am simple
Beacause I am neither of quality nor quantity
I am either present or absent
I am pure
I am singular
I am a whisper
I am the meal... I am the ingredient of the meal
I do not depend on reality
So in most cases,
I am unrealistic...I am complicated
But when I am placed beyond the eyes
I am the simplest and noblest of all forms.
I am life

I am Love.

If you should waste you time on earth, dont waste your thoughts. You are living. Everyday is good just for being alive. With your thoughts, you could move mountains, with your thoughts you could heal the sick and make miracles. It never runs out, it is abundant and as free as air. It is the centre of life, it is not bound to the concept of space in time. When we gradually reduce everything earthly to its simplest form, we are left with this bottle we call body; naked and fragile....and then what inside it: our soul driven by the spirit. That's all there is to life-body filled to the brim with the soul.

The soul sits in the centre and should drive our thoughts and animate the body, make those limbs move, trigger those eye lids and make those smiles shine. Without the soul and the spirit we are as dead as stone.

All the organs of our body does not justify its liveliness, for though stones dont breathe, they move, sometimes with the help of the wind. At this point, the wind serves as the mechanism for displacement. so we could equally say that the wind is to the stone what our legs, eyes, intestines, mouth even the organ called heart , is to the body!

Without the spirit the smile is as good as another display of the lips, those blinks and stares will be another acrobat of the eyes. without the spirit , those words will be another product of the brain propagated by the tongue.

The essence is the spirit! and the essential tool for the spirit is our thoughts that's all you and I've got!
